Every Chinook Pontoon Boat is constructed of quality materials to give you years of use. The pontoons are constructed of.125" marine grade 5000 series alloy aluminum and filled with coast guard certified 2lb. density poly-urethane foam. this makes
the pontoons stronger, safer and impervious to water, even if punctured. Chinook's pontoons are more stable than round pontoons. Every Chinook is built with motor pods intergrated into each pontoon. This Design is more efficient as it allows the prop to always run undisturbed water, eliminating cavitation. Additional benefits include: increased fuel economy, higher speeds, reduced risk of prop damage from floating debris, and improved boater safety.

Your Chinook Pontoon Boat can be specified with almost any deck option including aluminum diamond plate, marine grade plywood, marine carpet ,or marine grade plywood
with water proof anti-skid vinyl decking. The decking options
are determined based upon the intended application of the boat. The Chinook design team will assist you in
making the selection that is right for your application.
These rugged “Ironhorses” can be built in various sizes from 4' wide and up to 40' long.
The boats can be designed to have a complete pontoon hull or a series of pontoons in combinations of 2, 3 or 4. The pontoon shell material is a high grade marine 5000 series aluminum with thickness of .090 .125 to .188 gauge.

This insulating foam material makes the pontoons stronger, and provide a barrier to water intrusion making them more reliable and safer, even if punctured.
